Sale Reinforces Airlines Revenue Generating Focus

The combined hardware and software solution will enable Allegiant to process cash, credit cards, and attraction tickets on-board all its flights. Abanco expects to implement the solution during the fourth quarter of 2005.By utilizing the In-Flight application, Allegiant will be able to process credit card transactions and print receipts for passengers for in-flight purchases. Allegiant Air says the capability of the mobile technology can be expanded in the future to include inventory management, flight-specific financial analysis of its service programs, and the different product and service offerings. Abanco provides a comprehensive turn-key, on-board retail management solution that consists of a software application and a hand-held device.
